Media Types
With the advantage of having three media types all on the same premises we cater for almost all blasting requirements.
Whether it be garnet for aggressive removal of paint and rust, plastic which is tailored for use on vehicle panels which require effective paint removal or glass bead which is required for a superior finish on alloy and stainless steel.
Facilities
We have a hand cabinet for more intricate jobs that required a smaller blast radius with a finer finish.
Our blast rooms cater for vehicles, or large objects up to 6m long, 2.2 m wide and 2.5m high.
Our recycling abilities enable us to use the correct grain of media for your particular requirements, either leaving a course finish for adhering a polyeurathaine product, or a finer finish which is required for painting.

Coating Services

Spray Painting
We comply to Industrial, Military & Automotive specifications to consistently produce results that conform to high-end performance and/or appearance specifications.
Powder Coating
We use only premium grade powders from paint suppliers such as Dulux and Akzo Nobel. We are able to obtain specialised powders if required for textured and metallic coating.
Corrosion Protection
We can specify, apply, inspect, test and report on a surface treatment that will protect your asset from the onset of premature corrosion issues.
